[X] I have searched the existing issues and checked the recent builds/commits
What happened?

After updating to V1.6, I am getting strange vertically stacked duplicates of the character mashed together. happens when using Hires fix upscale by 2. using base resolutions of 1024 and SDXL models. Testing with SDXL Base, and Juggernaut XL. Will happen with refiner, or no refiner.
If I use 512 Sqr base resolutions it does not occur. Same Hiresfix settings and checkpoints.
Also it will take about 45 secs at 512 w/hiresfix but like 15 min at 1024 with hires fix

Steps to reproduce the problem

SDXL model
1024x1024 base size
activate Hiresfix - I tested most but test with R-Ersgan4x+
If I do this at 512 with hires it will not have the image error + be dramatically faster. 1 min vs 15 min.
