[Bug]: 'Directory for temporary images' does not apply to all temporary uses #13288

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

I created a folder on another drive: S:\gradio, in the settings, under Directory for temporary images; leave empty for default I entered S:\gradio, then gradio confirmed the temp folder setting was changed.

Then I went to img2img inpainting, I set up the mask, the prompt, sampling, and as soon as it starts, gradio places the source inpainting image in the default %temp%\gradio.

Proposal: Make it also go to the temp folder specified in the settings. Make all temp files go there.

We need to trust that others, who also have access to the machine, cannot recover the files through undeletion from a local drive.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Specify another existing directory in Directory for temporary images.
  2. save the settings.
  3. start inpainting
  4. the inpainting source temp file doesn't end up there

What should have happened?

the inpainting source temp file should end up in the specified custom temp directory

### Additional information

- Firefox is in private browsing mode so that nothing interferes with the webui.
- The custom folder is accessible just fine, the inpaint results and grids are placed there successfully.
- I also tried and restarted both SD and gradio, but afterwards the case was exactly the same.

You can set the GRADIO_TEMP_DIR env var to fix this I believe.

Still, appears to be a bug that requires a workaround that's not even mentioned on the wiki, and could be fixed in the future. For that reason I'll leave it open.
