[Bug]: Lora not loading due to 'ValueError' for SD 1.5 based Lora's #13354

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

Rendering is done without the Lora, as it fails to load. Note that the code seems to have had issues in this section in the past, they are not directly related to this issue i think. Ie. #9478

Possibly related to #13319

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Use a SD 1.5 model or derived
  2. Use lora_pti ( https://github.com/cloneofsimo/lora ) to train a LORA
  3. move to SD Lora folder, start program and see it's there, click configure ..
  4. Run image prompt and see that it throws a ValueError while loading the Lora

I have same problem, and I solve this problem with below way:

The variable key_network gets values like below. There are some values have no dot ., because those values are top level properties. if key_network gets top level properties, it substitute into the variable key_network_without_network_parts.
