[Bug]: IndexError: list index out of range

What happened?

Sometime, when I generate images, it happens that suddenly this index error comes up. I have no clue why this comes up. And it seems like just a hiccup, because hitting generate again mostly works again like normal. It's just annoying to click generate and walk away, just to find later it hasn't generated anything because of this error.

Any ideas what this is? 🤔

Generate an image, hit 'Generate'

The image should be generated, and not occasionally a index error.

having the same issue

I have the same issue, and I was using sd-webui-comfy extension, it showed the error occurred when it processed vae encoding.

Can this be reproduced with only built-in extensions enabled? Both tracebacks shared here include ControlNet, which leads me to believe the issue is more likely coming from there, not the webui.
