[Bug]: [EDIT-figured out the problem, still a bug] --lowvram only able to generate one good image

What happened?

When I generate images, the first image looks fine. After that, every other image gets worse and worse, even with the same exact perameters.

(Also, the quality of images, even when they generate "correctly" is crap compared to what I'm used to getting.)

Steps to reproduce the problem

Generate an image
Generate the image again.

After disabling all my extensions, I got a couple more images before the issue returned.

What should have happened?

The image should be identical based on seed and settings.

This happens whether I'm using the NVidia 546.33 or 546.29 driver.

I had been running into a ton of CUDA errors. I was able to fix that, but then the images I generate are like this. Completely unusable.
