[Bug]: IOT instruction (core dumped) #3676

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

When trying to launch the Web UI, the program crashes and dumps core.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Run TORCH_COMMAND='pip install torch torchvision --extra-index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/rocm5.1.1' python launch.py --precision full --no-half with disabled CUDA check

What should have happened?

The program should have launched normally

Could you paste cat /proc/cpuinfo here? Maybe AVX is missing on your CPU.

Oh yeah, I forgot to say, this issue solved itself somehow. I don't really remember how it happened and forgot to provide a follow-up, my bad.

I am also having this issue; using commit 5ab7f21 on AMD GPU (specifically Radeon Rx6600) It lists the extension modules and then crashes with the IOT instruction error.
