[Feature Request]: Improve the Networks UI

What would your feature do ?

The new networks menu is great but it's very cluttered. I have some suggestions for it:

1. An option to adjust the scale of the thumbnails. They're way too big right now.
2. Move the pop-up menu to the right side only, instead of at the top. So that only the image preview pushes down when you open it instead of everything. This is to avoid having to open and close the menu constantly, or to avoid having to scroll a ton to get to your CFG sliders and such.
3. Could the network buttons be persistent instead of having to click that little button to open the entire tab? There could be a tab for the image preview there too instead of pushing it down.
4. Have new prompt boxes for the networks so the main prompt boxes don't get more cluttered and so you don't have to re-add your networks when you drag in new prompts to try. The previous system with Hypernets had them sit on top of your prompt separately which I'm very used to and prefer, and that functionality extending to the other networks would be nice. This request is difficult because there are benefits to having networks in the prompt, but at the same time it's inconvenient. Can we have both options? Another way to deal with this would be to take inspiration from the previous Hypernet and LORA implementations, and have sliders for both.

Some notes that immediately come to mind:

• I'm concerned if those previews were moved there, it wouldn't work on tall monitors or mobile devices well

• I like that the prompt contains what LORAs were used, even better than the additional networks implementation from before, which would put them at the end as large texts, rather than a simple and small <lora:whatever:1.3> tag

• I would still want to be able to collapse the gallery, as most of the time it has no use to me to keep cluttering the height, so that activation border doesn't seem necessary, especially if the tag in the prompt already displays that very aptly

• having a separate box for lora tags, would take away even more space and add unnecessary height/width, which would again, make tall / mobile screen users lose precious screen real estate and push other elements together for no observable benefit, since now the "other box" is cluttered too anyway

I agree I would also like to see it scale better on mobile. If they are set to cards they are so wide you can only see one per row and if you set them to thumbs you get three per row with lots of empty space.

I would like to see dynamic sizing so there is no wasted space. If there are three per row, they should scale to the width of the box.

I like the idea of a slider to choose the size of the icons, maybe also a toggle to go from thumb to cards right in the box on the front page. Instead of having to go into settings.
