[Bug]: My generations are messing up right at the end of the generation

What happened?

Whenever I try and use a Lora, it messes up right at the end. I have no idea what could be causing this to happen?

It has a similar effect on normal images but it is barely noticeable:

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to https://civitai.com/models/8772/thomas-shelby-cillian-murphy and get my LORA
2. I used deliberate model https://civitai.com/models/4823/deliberate
3. This is the prompt I used:

What should have happened?

Produced a normal photo lol, you can see as it is generating that it is working perfectly, I made the LORA the other day and it produces fantastic results:

I have this same problem, but only when using Loras

--medvram & disabling realtime image previews fixed it for me

I've got the exact same issue. LoRA results were terrible after an update. I reverted back, reinstalled everything from scratch, updated fully and reverted back everything as much as I could, and yet it still has that terrible, disfigured appearance.

Did you find a solution, or the root of the problem, in the end? Did you get back good results with LoRAs? I figure maybe it's because of a graphics card update? It often happens...

Using a different Sampling method helped me

Before that I used "DPM" or "Euler". Started working normally on "DDIM"

same issue on majority of samplers on mac m2 pro, no Idea why. no errors on console too. I tried several checkpoints and had the same result - overall bad quality and artifacts on default settings, 512x512 40 steps
