whenever i try to use any zoom mod with any version of keybinds galore, yours or from others, it seems to get locked in the zoom view, it will not un toggle, on top of that with sophisticated backpacks i have to use a workaround of not having anything binded to that key other than the backpack to open it up, UNLESS i press another button after selecting to open the backpack

Hi GabanKillasta, I’m aware of the issue with zoom mods, it’s due to the way that KeybindsGalore activates the binding (it marks the binding as pressed even though the physical key itself is released, so a signal to release the binding never comes); unfortunately the only thing you can do is really just to not bind anything else there. I suspect that that’s the same issue with Sophisticated Backpacks, but I haven’t used it before and can’t verify this. Would you be able to upload a video showing its behaviour with KeybindsGalore?

Also, KeybindsGalore is currently not aware of keybind “contexts” (e.g. actions that only trigger in certain screens and thus don’t cause problems when bound to the same key, this may be related); this will be fixed when a configurable “ignore key” list is added.

I’m not too sure of how zoom mods that require you to hold the key down to zoom should behave when their binding is triggered, do you have any ideas for that?

I recommend we continue this on discord as itll be easier for me to send videos and rapid fire ideas back and forth, ill test everything when i get home in a separate modpack that ill make specifically for testing, my name is gabankillasta05

Hi, I did some testing and WI-Zoom seems to work fine; Sophisticated Backpacks doesn’t seem to have a Fabric version, is this unofficial port the one you’re using?
