Fix/empty site url #33

Introduce UsePathWithoutUrl to be able to use paths without an URL.

Fixes #32

@b-bittner I needed to update mkdocs. I had the same issue as https://github.com/AVATEAM-IT-SYSTEMHAUS/mkdocs-kroki-plugin/issues/49 But now it works, and my change is not needed anymore, thanks!
