Cancel / Save covers the bottom of the RTE #105

I can't scroll to the text at the bottom of the RTE -- it's covered by the Cancel/Save bar.

I can't seem to replicate this on Firefox or Chrome. The rich text editor has some bottom padding that should leave enough room to scroll down and see it all. Could I have some info about the context of the bug? e.g.:

browser
zoom level
any actions you took on the page prior to the bug happening (aside from the rich text formatting that I can infer from the screenshot)

Working in Chrome on a 13-in Macbook Pro M1. Regular screensize -- not zoomed in or out. This happened when I went back to edit a Page that had already been created. It didn't happen when I initially created the custom page.

Does it not let you scroll at all, or is it just preventing you from scrolling the last little bit at the bottom?

I'm still not able to replicate (using Chrome on the same page as the screenshot, with the window resized a little smaller to match a 13" screen on my 14" screen) so I wonder if it's something to do with the state of one of the modals or dropdowns affecting the page. Do you still see the issue if you visit the page again?
