Fix for invited users #113

Summary

When adding users to a project, an added user is invited. Until they accept the invite, they are not listed as a contributor. This has caused confusion.

This PR not includes invited users who have not yet accepted in the User List.

In the Settings page:

Users who have not yet accepted their invitations appear with the Avatar semi-opaque.
