Added AV labels for target files on manifest import #158

Summary

When importing a IIIF manifest, the current code creates empty labels. Labels are required, and since IIIF targets are not labeled in general, this PR creates unique labels (at an event level), by simply Iterating through 'AV File 1', 'AV File 2', etc.
