Clicking in the RTE automatically selects underline #29

In the Page Editor, when I click in the RTE, the underline button is automatically selected, so whatever text I enter is underlined.

If I begin by inserting columns or an Event, the text in the columns or below whatever was inserted isn't styled, but clicking the line above automatically selects underline again.

This is happening for that specific project because all four pages have an empty paragraph marked as underlined: https://github.com/AVAnnotate/rebecca/blob/main/data/pages/4ed6f16a-b79f-43e1-82db-d1f77d3d0f09.json#L8

It doesn't appear to be a bug with the rich text editor.
