Match `SpreadsheetInput` column settings to columns

Summary

• adds a useEffect hook that automatically fills in the options in the spreadsheet input if any of the input file's column names match
• fixes some typos in a few places where "AV File" was written as "AVFile", which broke the matching
  • one of these places was the event export feature, where the AV File Label column it generated was "AVFile Label". As a result, CSVs generated before this PR won't automatically match on that column.
• adds dist (Astro's build output folder) to the tsconfig.json exclude option so astro check doesn't run out of memory and crash while needlessly checking the minified production files
