Marc from dev tech support pointed out this broken link in the readme. The requirements.txt file should suffice for listing the dependencies, so I removed the link rather than trying to build a new markdown file.
Also, I noticed the test_config.ini file was not in the gitignore, so I updated the gitignore to be Github's Python gitignore template (the original gitignore was a subset of this file) and added the credential file to the end.
