When selecting over Toggle Theme in command menu, the text in the whole command menu gets blurry. In addition, when selecting over the Toggle Theme item, it's text shifts up slightly.
In addition, on one of my screens, the whole command menu text is blurry after adding the Theme Toggle option to it. This behavior varies from screen to screen.
