Update blog index styling

Remove underline, use border-t, align text to top, make font size smaller

Update Card text size and colors

Redesign hero section, about page, and projects component

Move index text to about page, update hero to be more minimal, with lots of margin-y and a single subheading

Change blog and projects section heading sizes, make them smaller.

Update projects tage styling, make text and padding-y smaller

Revert Card.astro h1 font size, retain new h2 size and color

Remove use of card component for hero, use section, h1, and h2 tags.

make global default font weight 500

make logo text extrabold

Prose.astro: Decrease prose max-w, set leading to default

index.astro: wrap hero headings in div, move w-5/6 to it from <section>

Switch to inter-variable font

Prose.astro: Add tracking-tighter to prose styles

ReactHeader.astro: Make header sticky, add bg-color, mb-8 and z-10

BaseLayout.astro: Switch to ReactHeader for whole site, add theme switcher script to BaseLayout.astro

BlogIndex.astro: Make blog title font size smaller

Projects.astro: Update padding and margin, make title font size smaller and extrabold, make Github icon smaller
