Use `BaseLayout` in Minimal Typography, add horizonal guidelines

This change refactors the designProject.astro page to utilize the BaseLayout component and it's header and footer, removing MinimalNavbar and enhancing consistency across the site.

It also improves the appearance of Minimal Typography by introducing gradient horizontal lines.

• Use BaseLayout in Minimal Typography, add horizonal guidelines

  • Removes MinimalNavbar, uses ReactHeader and Footer from BaseLayout instead. Add 4 horizontal lines to Minimal Typography, colored with a gradient from transparent via accent-400/75 / dark:accent-500/40 to transparent.

• Update grid containter px, use calc to update width of guideline divs

  • This makes the guidelines symetrical and spaces the edges of the grid from the edges of its container

• Set grid section max-w-6xl
