Closes BAS-112

Separate ModelSelector, ChatInput, and SettingsPanel into their own files.
Rename ChatUI.tsx to Chat.tsx
Use ChatUI.tsx in index.tsx, imports all components and exports the final ui as ChatUI
Update import in gptchat.astro
