style: Update ModelSelector styling
- Move to center and hide title when under xs breakpoint
style(ChatInput): Update placeholder, styles, and transition
- Add transition to icon to match button transition.
- Remove disabled conditional class, alreadt set on button.tsx
style: Update Chat height, add flex on main in BaseLayout, fixes BAS-115
- Update BaseLayout, Chat, and ChatUI index
- Add flex on main in BaseLayout to help correct height issues in Chat
- Set Chat min width and height, fixes page scrolling, chat now take up full height of page and
