Simplify CodeHighlight and useShiki hook, update code block styling

Create useShiki hook to handle code highlighting logic
Remove useShikiHighlighter, create useShiki hook instead.
Call useShiki hook in CodeHighlight component
Remove unneeded props and imports from CodeHighlight component
Use variable to define theme in CodeHighlight
Add styling for code blocks: rounded-lg, p-4, and overflow-auto
Delete useShikiHighlighter and ShikiHighlighter files

Remove unneeded imports, use object for styles
