Can't see the block #1

After I uploaded the whole source folder to 'Moodle/blocks' I can't see it
in the 'Notifications' area. Does that mean it is not installed?

In the documentation you mention anti-plagiarism folder but it is actually
called 'onlinejudge' here. What did I miss here??

There are two featured release files. You should download
http://sunner-projects.googlecode.com/files/anti_plagiarism_1.1.tar.gz if you 
want to
use anti-plagiarism. The one you downloaded is an assignment type.
