Adding Magnetorquers to Vizard #549

Describe your use case It's really useful to visualize how reaction wheels behave in a simulation, but we couldn't find the same functionality for magnetorquers. Does Vizard have an actuator GUI option for Magnetorquers? If not, adding one would be incredibly helpful.

Describe alternatives solutions you've considered We've been plotting magnetorquer dipole commands and that works fine.
