Small branch with minor fixes to have a PR to test the new automated way to build documentation.

• minor change to formation flying scenario to load all data once in Vizard
• fixed Linux gcc compiler warnings

Not yet, I have to test this will the full version bump code running after a merge. This morning I did notice the GH BSK documentation lists version 2.4.20. I wonder if this was a browser caching issue? Either way, just having it wait 15s then proceeding. Gives us a little buffer and has a minimal impact on building the online documentation.
