I've noticed something that may need re-coding in SVD - if a ctDNA TSO check gets reset, the manual check boxes remain ticked so the 'new' checker can't then tick them in the yellow box, they've already been confirmed and show in the green box. Not sure if this applies to resetting checks to 1st check but it applies to resetting to 2nd as I witnessed this morning. This doesn't make much difference to any interpretation as if a variant was detected in these regions it would be added manually anyway - but without the tickboxes you lose the prompt to actually check them, which could end up being significant if a variant was present, the first checker hadn't called it and the second checker didn't check/realise a discrepancy so the variant went undetected. Hopefully that makes sense!
Not sure how easy a fix this would be but there's a very small chance this could cause a variant to be missed so I think worth flagging.
