added column for local vs international for my own purposes
fixed several duplicate / wrong airports
FULL DISCLOSURE -> I am new to GITHUB and have little idea what I'm doing, so please dont accept this if its gonna F everything up, the only thing I'm tryna push / change / update is the airports.csv so that my branch is synced with the main one since I'm using this package in a project im working on. Thanks!
