Update process based on the most recent implementations

I think some of the items are outdated in the implementation guide.

• [ ] Node version
• [ ] cSpell file format
• [ ] cSpell patterns
• [ ] Using the appropriate setup for patterns

Dropping this here to suggest going through the archives and refreshing the implementation content a bit.
