This will allow us to test worst-case DNS functionality on the network. Even if the systems DNS resolvers are non-functioning.

Objectives:

Create a PoC that demonstrates a standard A-Record request and response

Considerations:

Will have to use miekg/dns to perform this as the golang std library resolvers don't have the ability (afaik) to specify a dns server.

A small PoC has been created in 92a65c3ac02b995d61214c03efc83dbd9bc775ec. Going to keep this issue opened for now due to the nature of DNS (LOL). But also the PoC needs refinement and integration into a logical testing program. It's literally a raw printout of a response rn.
