repeated nric and phone no. #224

Describe the bug 2 or more people can have same nric and phone no. as long as name is diff

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. changing the name but keeping everything else the same when adding people

Actual behavior a new person is added even though they have same nric and phone no. as existing people in listpeople

Expected behavior the new person should be rejected as nric and phone no. are not shared
