Bug in `editpolicy` #87

How to reproduce:

  1. Type in the example command given by the error prompt, i.e. 
    editpolicy 1 d/Fire Insurance Policy. Covers all ages up to 10 years. p/$20000
  2. App throws an exception saying Description should not be blank, even though it isn't.
