Issue description

SAQ not displaying incorrect options

Steps to reproduce the issue

add type/mcq q/According to the textbook, which kind of project is more difficult? cat/Week 2 diff/1 x/Greenfield x/Brownfield y/None of the others of the above x/Padifield

What's the expected result?

SAQ to also display incorrect options in question bank.

What's the actual result?

SAQ only displays correct options in question bank.

The actual result is correct. Saq should only display correct options in question bank. Whatever answer that does not match the correct option is assumed to be wrong.
