It's OK if you can't make it smaller. It's my fault that I did not impose a max file size for the jar file :-p
Dear Professor Damith,
The large file size is due to the Stanford NLP library we imported. We have consulted the member in charge of the input validation feature, and he says that he has tried his best to reduce the file size its minimum, which is still 380+mb.
The PE dry run seemed to run smoothly for our evaluators, and hopefully that will be still the case for the actual PE.
Thank you for flagging this issue, and do let us know if there is anything else we need to do to ensure that the PE can proceed without problems.
The size is a problem when we distribute PE files. We distribute PE files as encrypted zip files. When one file is big, we have to make every zip file big or else the file size will reveal the target product, which we don't want to reveal in advance. You see the problem? :-p Imagine asking the whole class to download a 400Mb file. Anyway, no worries. We'll figure something out.
Guys, your JAR file is too big. It's going to cause problems in the PE. How did it become so big?
