Update user guide and hide null pointer exception message #117

I just commented out the throw statement to hide the exception message from the user because for some commands perhaps there is no window to show now and they won't see this error message in the PE dry run :) Will look for better solution and update later.

Also for the css file is it supposed to be deleted? I just pulled the latest version.

If it's /temp/MyStyleSheet.css, yup it's supposed to be deleted and only lasts as long as the program runs.
