Hi, we have intended for this application not to be limited to users with local contact numbers. For instance, a diabetic patient from overseas receiving medical treatment in Singapore may decide to set the contact number of their emergency contact person to that of a next-of-kin residing in their home country i.e. outside Singapore and having an overseas emergency contact number, who may be able to provide valuable information about their medical history in times of an emergency.

Please kindly let us know if there happens to be any reason(s) for us to limit the scope of our target audience to patients having local emergency contact numbers in Singapore alone. Otherwise, we'll proceed to close the issue?
