How to repro: add cat/Food typ/Expense n/Mala amt/!@5.50 d/2019 09 09 tg/food tg/indulgence.

Error message shows: For input string: "!@5.50"

I'm not really sure how to interpret this error message and what I can do to correct my inputs.
