Unintuitive UI on startup #139

This is the UI in a small un-maximized window on startup:

The Command input box is hidden and the page does not scroll. The user may not realize that the window needs to be maximized for the box to appear. This are also no screenshots to show how the UI should be like in the UserGuide.
