Ability to execute Commands from startup page #140

As seen above, Commands besides goto that are executed on startup page are not reflected in the UI which may lead to user errors. A user may forget to navigate to a page and immediately attempt to make changes from here. I recommend either disallowing other Commands besides exit and goto or specifying in documentation that those other Commands should not be input here.
