Add minor cosmetic changes to README and app UI

Summary: Addresses issue #130 and bug report #160 (although this was dismissed).

Changelog

Increase the width of the expense amount column in ExpenseCard
- This should be sufficient for the amount to not wrap to a second line on MacOS as reported in #160.
Updated the label for the paying person for an expense to use Paid by: %s instead of Paid: %s for clarity
Update Ui.png from last week's milestone
