Fix broken UI image in DG and add UI image to DG

Summary: Introduces minor updates to the UG and DG.

Fix broken Ui.png screenshot in the DG
Add Ui.png screenshot to the UG under the introduction; re-purpose the mockups for a v2.0 mobile version
Fix the incorrect name of ListSequenceDiagram (was previously ViewSequenceDiagram)
Update documentation for the List and View commands in the UG
Remove documentation for Resolve command from the UG; this command has been superseded by the Settle command with greater flexibility
