Add JsonAdaptedActivity class to serialise Activities into JSON #74

Resolves issue #59.

Don't merge it yet as it depends on JsonAdaptedExpense, Activity & Title class which are not yet merged. Haven't been able to check whether it contains error due to the absence of classes.
