Describe the bug
Despite creating the data/ directory for you and relaunching the program, even though category.txt was created by your .jar file with:
c/bills
c/transportation
c/food
c/misc
inside, all commands starting with "remove" does not work
To Reproduce
create data directory in the same location as your .jar file
java -jar .\MooMooMoney-v1.3.jar
remove c/food
remove c/misc
remove c/bills
press enter
Expected Behaviour
Category name is suppose to change but got an error instead.
OOPS!!! I'm sorry, but I don't know what that means :-(
