Persona 1: No professional skills Users with smartphones come from various industries, most of them have no experience in programming or accessing databases. They want the application to be as simple and easy to use as possible, and the user interface should be simple but attractive.

Persona 2: Values privacy More attention is paid to privacy protection nowadays, users worry about any risk of leaking their privacy. We should inform all users clearly that their personal data with not be used by anyone except the government. And, in most cases, only their machine ID rather than their personal information will be used.

Persona 3: Free application This should be a free application on the app store, mainly for people who are interested in who they live with. Our main source of funding would come from government agencies.

Persona 4: Reliability of contact people list In public health, it can be used for identifying people who have contact with an infected person. Thus, the correctness and reliability of the contact list should be ensured to prevent public panic. That means the detection of interacting people should be very accurate.

Persona 5: Control the updating way Users want to choose how to refresh the contact list in real-time or send contact list notifications automatically every day/week/month.
