Using MacOS, smooth scrolling appears to be enabled in the "Help" Window, which is slow and unresponsive.

No idea how to disable smooth scrolling for WebView. Help window is fast and responsive on Windows. Unable to replicate.

The only Mac user in the team who can replicate this issue.
