[PE-D] Check for current deck when adding card #182

When I want to add a card, I need to open that deck first. After that I need to key in the title of that deck again in the c/ flag e.g add c/TITLE q/QUESTION a/ANSWER

I do not think this step is necessary since I have already opened that deck to view.
