Refactor hasOrder and hasReturnOrder to hasParcel #317

refactor to combine both hasOrder and hasReturnOrder in Model class to hasParcel to check for all parcel tid for duplicate orders.

Update sample data to tid no duplicate

Add new static final string for return_tid for Amy and Bob to prevent test case error for Import thus resulting in changes in both ReturnCommand and InsertCommand testcase.
