As a new note can be created in an existing note, a note can also be a 'folder'. This might bring confusion to the user when they navigate through the application.
The picture below shows that I am in the note 'hello' with the text 'this is new',
but it also contains another note 'hello' with the text 'hello2's body'.
You might want to consider showing some symbol in the body of the notes which contain more notes in them.
