[PE-D] Adding meeting to timetable #112

Given that if I try to schedule a meeting at a certain time that already has an existing meeting, if I want to view/see when the user is free they would have to run 'timetable' to see the free slots and then 'meetings' to see if there are any clashes in meeting. Wouldn't it be more intuitive to include the meetings into the timetable? Or do something similar? otherwise the user has to do multiple actions

We will be rolling out v2.1 soon and do not wish to make any more enhancements on the timetable for now. Thanks for your suggestion.
