[PE-D] Schedule feature is not optimised enough for users

The Schedule feature requires too many inputs to be constructed in one command, making it difficult to check the meeting that was constructed.

One suggestion is to use markers like: "s_d/" to indicate the start date of the meeting and etc.

Another suggestion is for the bot to ask for certain parameters after entering the command schedule.

We feel that using markers would increase the length of the command which would be even more inefficient for our target user: fast typists. We avoid nested command inputs since our target users: fast typists are able to execute their command directly.
