[PE-D] Deleting ocassionally produces wrong error message #149

Issue description

Attempting to delete a module and typing in YES produces the wrong error message

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Delete a specific module. e.g. delete CS1231

  1. Type YES.

  1. Type another command, e.g. YESa

What's the expected result?

A message stating that the command is aborted after Step 2.

What's the actual result?

A message stating that the command is aborted only appears after Step 3.
